after school programmes

We can offer programmes of Multi-Skills, Multi-Sports, Football,Basketball, Dodgeball and Speed/Agility. Sessions include fun games, individual technique development, skills competitions and small sided games.

Our planned activities enable children to experience a wide range of physical activities to provide a fun and varied after school provisions service.

• Teamscene provide 1 hour coaching sessions (or more) immediately after the school day.
• The after school course will be delivered as a 4-6 week programme to suit school requirements and to tie in with school half terms.
• All application forms covering course details will be provide by Teamscene for your school to hand out to parents.
• All registers will be completed by Teamscene.
• All equipment will be provided by Teamscene.
• Teamscene will attend an assembly to promote any programme if necessary.
• Teamscene will provide coaches suitably qualified, first aid trained and CRB checked.
• The cost of an afterschool course is usually forwarded to the parents unless subsidies from schools are available (please contact us to discuss further).

curriculum based activities (ppa)

Teamscene can support schools by delivering a wide range of PE activities for foundation stage, key stage 1 and key stage 2 children to help deliver the National Curriculum PE programme for an agreed number of lessons, over a term period, or across the academic year.

We will teach the children a wide range of fun 'games' activities to help schools achieve their curriculum learning objectives and outcomes whilst also providing opportunities for development and attainment. The key objective being to help children learn through play, enjoy sport and encourage then to live a healthy lifestyle.

Teachers are welcome to attend our classes. They may find some of our ideas in activities helpful in developing their own concepts for PE teaching. Alternatively we can provide PPA time for schools allowing guaranteed teaching time for planning, preparation and assessment.

Teamscene will provide:

• Suitably qualified coaches, first aid trained and CRB checked.
• All relevant equipment, though use of some school equipment may be beneficial.

fundraisers

Teamscene can plan a comprehensive skills programme and provide 2 suitably qualified coaches for a sponsored day of specific sports activities and your school will receive 55% of monies raised on the day. All children are encouraged to obtain sponsors to successfully learn and/or develop a set of skills on the day.

• Each class participates for an allotted time throughout the school day.
• Each lesson will be appropriate to the age, ability and needs of the class/year group.
• All correspondence including letters to parents and sponsorship forms are provided by Teamscene.

festivals and fun days

Teamscene can provide sports and games activities for your school for a full day, half day or even just an hour as part of an organised event or day such as, 'health and fitness week'.

The programme can be designed around your specific school needs, age and ability, making it a full day for all.
